Regal Manor is a deed-restricted community conveniently located within the unincorporated city limits of Fort Mill, South Carolina. York county is the second fastest growing county in the state. The Fort Mill School District offers some of the best public schools in the area with award-winning sports, band, and academic programs. Regal Manor is also conveniently located near work and play. Area attractions like the Charlotte Knights stadium, Carolina Place Mall, and Carowinds amusement park are located nearby. Charlotte, North Carolina and the Lynx light rail system are only minutes away.
Regal Manor amenities include three swimming pools, walk and bike trails, playgrounds, a picnic area and a beautiful clubhouse.
