POOL RULES
DOWNLOADABLE PDF
An electronic fob is required for admittance to the pool. Trespassing--including but not limited to jumping the fence, tailgating, and/or being on the premises when the pool is closed--will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Cards issued will be REUSED every year, so please hold on to them. One key card is provided per household free of charge. If you do not have a key card or it was lost/discarded, you will need to get a new one. Lost, replacement or additional cards are $25 each. Damaged cards will be replaced at our discretion. Cards will be (re)activated within 24-48 hours. The pools are an amenity only offered to members of Regal Manor HOA with accounts in good standing. By using the pool, members agree to obey to the pool rules. They are to ensure the safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. The attendants are provided to keep the pools and restrooms cleaned and stocked. They also reserve the right to close the pool(s) should there be a safety concern (weather, biological, chemical, etc.). Their decision is final. Attendants are NOT lifeguards but are trained in Advanced First Aid and CPR. First Aid kits and fire extinguishers are provided on the exterior of the pool house and in the cabana hallway between the restrooms. For emergencies, dial 911 via the phone located on the pool house. Non-emergency or other issues may be reported to CAMS.

If you are experiencing issues with your card, please report them to the CAMS office.

Pool Parties
Pool parties are no longer permitted due to insurance and liability reasons.

Playground & Picnic Area
We are proud to offer a large playground and beautiful picnic area as community amenities. The playground is arranged for appropriate age play. The large playset and swings are designed for 5 to 12 year olds, while the smaller playset and swings are designed for 2-5 year olds. Seating is conveniently installed for observing parents. Our color-matched picnic tables are perfect for relaxing and eating under the shade trees. Both areas are under CCTV surveillance. Security lighting has been installed in these areas as well. Permitted usage is from dawn to dusk and signs are posted for appropriate use. Please help us keep this area safe and clean by utilizing the trash/cigarette bins. A designated pet area and Dogipot station are conveniently located nearby.

Charcoal grills are available in the picnic area. For everyone's enjoyment, please follow posted guidelines and clean up after use.

Motorist & Pedestrian Safety
Please be advised that the maximum speed limit throughout the community is 25MPH. Conditions may dictate slower speeds and motorists should exercise extreme caution. We have a lot of residents that walk/run and children that play outside. It is generally recommended that pedestrians walk on the side of the road opposing traffic; bicyclists should ride with the flow of traffic. Traffic enforcement is provided by the York County Sheriff's Office on all county-owned roads (green street signs).

Parking
We’ve had many unidentified vehicles parking in various places in the HOA. Vehicles, trailers, boats, etc. that are parked on Association common property may be towed by the county or HOA without notice. Cars parked at the clubhouse after normal use hours may also be towed. Additionally, the Town of Fort Mill will begin towing vehicles parked on Farmhouse between Regal Manor Lane and the School. If you or your guests need to park at the clubhouse short term, please contact CAMS to make those arrangements. Parking on common property not designed for parking detracts from the overall look of the association, damages landscaping and prevents our landscapers from maintaining these areas.

If you need to contact law enforcement, please call the York County Sheriff's Office by dialing 911.

Pets
Please pick up after your pets. We provide Dogipot stations throughout the community for your convenience. We know that people use them because we go through over 20,000 bags a year. However, we still get reports of owners not picking up after their pooch. Also, we’re noticing an increase of unleashed dogs.

York County Ordinances
55.19 REQUIRES THAT “THE OWNER OR KEEPER OF EVERY DOG SHALL KEEP THE ANIMAL UNDER RESTRAINT AT ALL TIMES”

55.21 IMPOUNDMENT OF ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE
IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR THE OWNER OR KEEPER OF ANY DOMESTIC ANIMAL OF ANY DESCRIPTION WILLFULLY OR NEGLIGENTLY TO PERMIT ANY SUCH ANIMAL TO RUN AT LARGE BEYOND THE LIMITS OF HIS OR HER OWN LAND OR THE LANDS LEASED, OCCUPIED OR CONTROLLED BY HIM.

Please protect your pet from harm or impound! If you’ve found/lost a pet, you can search local shelters by visiting www.petharbor.com.

Yard Maintenance
A large portion of the violation letters that go out are related to general yard maintenance. Bushes should be neat and trim, plant beds should be weeded, and lawns should be free of debris and bare spots. Lawns should be mowed and edged and clippings should be properly cleaned from paved surfaces. Proper weed control should also be applied. Preparing your lawn NOW will determine its health and beauty for the next year. We invest over $60,000 a year to maintain the common areas. Please help us by keeping your lawn attractive. Who knows, you could be the next Yard of the Month recipient!

Garbage Cans
We understand that there are several garbage collecting companies and that they have different pick up schedules. If your garbage can is down by the street, it is not in violation. However, if it’s anywhere else that is visible from the street, it is considered a violation. Please stow them away from view. This also applies to objects stored on the side of the home. This includes, but is not limited to bicycles, pallets, ladders, debris, or furniture.

Involvement
We do our best to keep everyone informed and provide a variety of methods to stay involved. If you haven’t done so already, “Like” us on our Facebook page.(Residency restrictions apply.) The Facebook page provides real-time updates and networking opportunities. Email blasts are another mechanism used for critical, and/or immediate notifications. If you do not receive these, please contact the management office to get set up. Additionally, the Board of Directors encourages feedback and schedules time from 6:30pm-7:00pm on the fourth Tuesday of every month at the clubhouse. If attending, please reserve your time by calling the management office. Newsletters, budgets, meeting minutes and other official RMHOA documents are available by logging into your CAMS account. And last, but most important, is the annual meeting. It is imperative that we have as many people attend as possible. At the very least, if you are unable to attend—please! please! please!—send in a completed proxy. If quorum is lacking, then we can not proceed with essential business.
